Agnostics do not fall in the same category as atheists because they don’t know whether any deity exists. Witches, for instance, would be considered agnostic because they practice rituals and use terminology of polytheism and pantheism, but they admit that they do not know if any “divine essence” exists. One of the girls who answers the phone at our radio ministry was startled to have a male caller identify himself as a warlock. She wasn’t sure what that meant until he explained he was a male witch.
